TRIPPY ICE EFFECT AFTER FLOOD

TRIPPY ICE EFFECT AFTER FLOOD
This interesting capture by Redditor Willyyz shows the after-effects of a flood that had passed through this forested area near Bishop’s University in Lennoxville, Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada.
At first I thought it may have been a reflection but then realized it was snow on top of thin sheets of ice about half-way up the trees; the only remnants after the water had receded. It kind of reminds me of the fungus that grows outwardly from trees.
